The Huron Club is pleased to introduce Chef Leona Nyman as the head of our kitchen team.
Chef Leona is committed to bringing seasonal offerings with local produce, meats and dairy to its patrons. The wide range of our unpretentious menu is able to reach the palates of casual and fine diners alike, and this genuine respect and love of each ingredient translates into thoughtfully balanced dishes that are approachable and adventurous all at once.
